Inspired by the effort of the men's Group, the church's Ladies Group also planned and hosted the annual Father's Day Program as they have been doing for many years. While the fathers in attendance numbered just over a dozen, they, along with their families had loads of fun. As an incentive to win a gift those fathers who were willing participated in a game of musical chairs. This was the first time ever we did this and everyone enjoyed it. We also had a special guest speaker for this occasion, Mrs. Candice Shol. Our church has continuously been praying for fathers in our community to step up and lead their families as God intended them to. Kudos to the fathers that are fulfilling their role and being obedient to God's word.
