Father's Day 2008

The Ladies Group, once again was in charge of the Father’s Day Service. Many came out to celebrate this special day with the fathers in their lives and to enjoy the well-planned service presented by us. Throughout the service fathers were given the opportunity to win special prizes by jumping up and answering Bible-based questions. This was a fun activity and they enthusiastically participated. At the end of the service all fathers were given a cap with the Methodist Protestant logo on the front. It was a well-received gift that came in many colors. We pray that as they wear these caps that they will be reminded of this special day and the message they heard at our church.
